Sellers complete verification requirements designed to improve accountability across the marketplace.

💳 Secure Payments
Payments are processed through our integrated payment partner, Paystack, rather than buyers having to send money directly to unknown sellers.

⏳ Controlled Seller Payouts
Sellers are not paid automatically when a buyer completes payment. After the platform’s 72-hour withdrawal-eligibility period, a seller may request their funds, but BidZid ordinarily verifies that the item has actually been delivered or collected before approving payout.

📦 Buyer Protection
If an eligible item does not arrive, is materially different from its description, arrives with serious undisclosed damage or has another covered issue, buyers can raise a dispute within the applicable 48-hour BidZid Guarantee window.

Where the seller uses the shipment process, buyer confirmation of receipt helps us verify completion. For collections or other fulfilment methods, BidZid may use other reliable evidence or confirm receipt directly with the buyer.
